We are not affiliated with Medicare. Congress passed legislation that omits out-of-network providers from treating Medicare patients. If you are on Medicare, you must seek care with a Medicare-affiliated facility.
Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
The fee for a missed 60-minute massage appointment is $125.00. By scheduling an appointment with our online booking service, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy provided. Please note that when booking any appointment, we require a credit card on file but we will not charge you at the time of booking.
In order to complete your booking, please check your email for a verification message from Full Slate after you have pressed the "Schedule Appointment" button below. Once you click the verification link, your appointment will be scheduled.
You must verify your email within 10 minutes or you'll have to restart the booking process.

- Massage Appointment 90min $175
If you're like most people, you really don't calm down and mindfully breathe until 45 minutes into your massage. That's why we offer the 90-minute session so you can take advantage of the extra time to seriously decompress. Whether you prefer deep-tissue massage or Swedish massage to "just relax", we've got you covered.
