Please read the important information below so we can be sure your appointment gets properly scheduled.

We are not affiliated with Medicare for Chiropractic.  If you are on Medicare, please find a Medicare-affiliated facility for that service. But you can feel free to try any of our outstanding massage therapists.

Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

The fee for a missed New Patient appointment is $185.00.  By scheduling an appointment with our online booking service, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy provided.  Please note that when booking any appointment, we require a credit card on file but we will not charge you at the time of booking.


In order to complete your booking, please check your email for a verification message from Full Slate after you have pressed the "Schedule Appointment" button below. Once you click the verification link, your appointment will be scheduled.

You must verify your email within 10 minutes, or your appointment will not get scheduled.
