We are not affiliated with Medicare. Congress passed legislation that omits out-of-network providers from treating Medicare patients. If you are on Medicare, you must seek care with a Medicare-affiliated facility.
Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
The fee for a missed 90-minute massage appointment is $160.00. By scheduling an appointment with our online booking service, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy provided. Please note that when booking any appointment, we require a credit card on file but we will not charge you at the time of booking.
In order to complete your booking, please check your email for a verification message from Full Slate after you have pressed the "Schedule Appointment" button below. Once you click the verification link, your appointment will be scheduled.
You must verify your email within 10 minutes or you'll have to restart the booking process.

- Continuing Chiropractic adjustment $85This option is for those who are already an established patient. For those who are not already an established patient, please select the "New Patient Appointment" option. If you are using health insurance, you may just have a copay. We will let you know.
- Massage Appointment 30min $70
The perfect massage option for the busy parent or professional (or both) who is trying to make time for work, family and self-care. Whether you prefer a deep massage to work on a specific issue or a massage to just decompress for a while, we've got you covered. Just let us know your preference.
- Massage Appointment 60min $130
This is our most popular service and it includes a full-body therapeutic massage. Just let us know if you want deep tissue or just a relaxing session. There is no extra charge for deep tissue; it's our specialty. If you would like to start your session with heated steam packs, just let your therapist know.
